DMCA Policy for Spring Break Fort Lauderdale

Spring Break Fort Lauderdale respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on Spring Break Fort Lauderdale was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):
